1) Ride comes per carriage (rickshaw), not per person

2) All information whichever required for reservation (email, phone number, etc.) a tour is confidential and used only for a tour purposes. Doesn’t go to any other 3rd part companies

3) Confidential information about a trip only can be given to a driver for providing a tour service

1) Where pickups and drop offs. They can be done anywhere in midtown area (addition charge may apply) We specify a pickup location beside the park before a tour starts

2) If we have a protection against a rain. Yes. Each rickshaw equipped with protection against a rain. We can provide a tour during the bad weather as well as a client desire

3) Safety. Each rickshaw equipped with a seatbelt and can be used in any moment as client wishes.

4) Payment. When booking a 50% deposit is required or you can pay the full cost of the tour. We will send you an invoice. If the down payment is 50%. You can pay the rest of the amount after completing the tour.

5) Reschedule. Can be made any time before the trip starts. Need to notify us at least 1 hour before a trip

6) Stops. Each stop varies from 5 to 10 minutes

7) Bad condition of weather can affect your tour. We can always reschedule a tour for another time that fits you

Due to some days when marathons run. Park can be closed partially temporarily till specific time.

We will notify you about such events.

Also on 5th of November 2023 park will be closed completely the whole day. We will be not able to do any tours on that event
